Payment for ordered products
You can pay for goods ordered on graft-bio.com:
1) Proforma invoice (electronic bank, promissory note, …),
– You will receive instructions for paying the proforma invoice as soon as you place your order. If they’re not in your regular inbox, check for spam or promotions. The provisional invoice must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
2) debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa),
3) PayPal

When filling out a UPN order, first enter SI00 in the reference field, followed by your order number (for example, SI00 12835). You can select INTC in the Target Code field.
Delivery of ordered products
Goods ordered in the online store graft-bio.com are delivered by GLS Slovenia:
Regular shipping with GLS Slovenia: Items will be dispatched on the next business day.
Package tracking
When you place an order, you can track your parcel all the way to you. With the help of a tracking system and a unique departure number, you can see where the package is currently located and predict the remaining time before the courier’s visit.
You can easily track your parcel by clicking on the link in the email that you will receive in your mailbox when your parcel is received by the delivery service.
The shipment tracking system is activated as soon as the package arrives at the pickup point of the selected delivery service, usually on the same evening after the package leaves the graft-bio.com warehouse.
Shipping costs Slovenia
Depending on the amount of the purchase, we provide discounts on shipping.
So the shipping cost is:

GLS offers you flexible and reliable delivery.
GLS Slovenia delivers to the address you specify when ordering – we recommend that you specify the address where you are in the morning. We do not ship ordered products on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Delivery time for all orders is 1-2 days, except in exceptional circumstances. Extraordinary circumstances include weather conditions, seasonal congestion and other circumstances that may cause delivery delays. We cannot influence emergency situations, but in such cases we try to inform customers immediately about possible delays in the delivery of the package.
GLS will keep you informed of the delivery progress. Your personal data will not be used by GLS for any purpose other than delivery notification.
When your package is ready, the GLS delivery service will send you a notification via SMS that the package is ready and will be picked up on the same day and delivered the next working day. In the same message, you will receive the package number and a link and password with which you can check the delivery status on the official GLS website www.gls-slovenia.com or on the phone number 01 500 11 50 or at info@gls-slovenia.com. In addition to the SMS, you also receive an e-mail containing more information about your package, including the amount you will have to pay when collecting the package (if you have chosen cash on delivery).
The link in the message allows you to choose the delivery of your choice. You can change the delivery date or the delivery address. You can also pick up the package (by post) in one of the 500 GLS Parcel stores – contracted branches (Petrol, OMV, 3DVA, Delo Prodaja,…).
If you pick up the shipment at BS Petrol, you will be charged an additional delivery fee of €0.45, which you pay at the pick-up point.

Delivery is possible during the working hours of the delivery service. We do not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, except in cities where this is possible.
